Liability Waiver
- Acknowledgement of Legal Guardianship: By checking "Yes," you confirm you are the legal parent/guardian of the minor.
- Medical Insurance: The camp organizers do not provide medical insurance.
- Release of Liability: You release the camp organizers from any liability resulting from participation in camp activities.
- Emergency Authorization: You authorize camp staff to act in emergency situations requiring medical attention.
- Waiver of Liability: You waive and release the camp organizers, staff, agents, sponsors, and coaches from liability for accidents, injuries, or illnesses during camp activities.
Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made before May 20th will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration and Credit Card/Venmo/PayPal fee.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made after May 20th will receive a 50% refund, except in medical situations.
